We are the 10th. This office is dedicated to accountability. That is our first principle. We practice accountability with the other members of our team, with the public and with defendants. We are accountable to each other on the team. We push each other to develop and improve professionally. We hold ourselves accountable to the people of the Tenth Judicial District by practicing transparency. We demand accountability to the limit allowed by the law from those who will not obey the law.
We believe in innovation. Our standard is to learn the newest techniques and use the latest technology to be more efficient in prosecuting and to serve the public more efficiently as well. We are constantly looking for training opportunities for all our staff. Knowledge is power and is a key to administering justice fairly, efficienty and uniformly.
Ultimately, we will do justice. We must pursue the guilty, but also protect the innocent. We will uphold the Constitution and hold ourselves to the highest professional standards.
